+ How do I know if Pippen will fit at my venue?

Pippen is 15' long, about 7' wide and 8' tall, and she requires a power source. She's primarily for outdoor events but if an indoor venue has large enough doors we may be able to squeeze her in! It's best to let us contact your venue to work with their staff to determine if Pippen can be accommodated. If you are interested in having Pippen in your private yard or barn, we can discuss via e-mail or phone, or we would be happy to come meet to have a look!

+ What is the venue required to supply?

We will need (1) dedicated 15A 120V receptacle located within 50' of where the photo booth will be set up. If you want to have heat or AC in the photo booth we will need a second dedicated receptacle with the same requirement. We also need enough room to deliver Pippen into place with a standard size SUV. We are happy to talk to your venue coordinator directly about these requirements.

+ How far do you travel?

We are based out of Clinton Township in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. We will happily travel throughout the New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania areas. There is a travel fee for driving distances beyond 50 miles from our home base. We are always up for an adventure, though, so if you are further away, call or e-mail to discuss!

+ What if it rains?

We will be keeping an eye on the forecast leading up to your event! If there is a minor chance of rain or light rain, we are happy to ride it out with you, and we will use a small tent to cover our props and printing equipment. If a heavier rain seems likely, we will instead provide our "open-air" photo booth setup and will credit $150 for your event. You will still have full use of our fantastic props and backdrop, and beautiful matte finish custom photo strips!

+ What if it's cold or hot out on the day of my event?

We know there are days in June that can be freezing, and days in October that can be sweltering. For those cold days we will supply Pippen with a space heater inside for you and your guests. For those extra hot days, we can use our portable air conditioner in Pippen. For both heat and AC we need a second 15A 120V power supply provided from the venue.

+ How many people can fit in Pippen?

We can comfortably fit 6-8 people on the u-shaped bench inside Pippen. Our 22" touchscreen monitor will preview the photos for you so you can make sure everyone fits into the photo! The amount of people we can fit uncomfortably has yet to be determined :)

+ I love your style, props and backdrops, but my event is indoors. Can I still book you?

We typically only book our "open-air" photo booth setup November 1 - March 31, but check with us, especially if your event is shorter notice! If Pippen is not booked we will be happy to bring our "open-air" setup to your event.

+ I Love Pippen! Can I use her in my photography shoot?
